After learning of the tragic shootings in Lewiston I felt I needed to reach out to you and offer my sincere condolences.

The losses your community has sustained, and some of you individually, affects not only you, but every citizen in the United States on many levels.

Please know that even though you may not hear from others, that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

It is still an unbelievable shock that this type of crime still occurs in our neighborhoods and our country.
