Lewiston library to host program on student loan basics

The Lewiston Public Library plans to host Pine Tree Legal at 5:30 pm. Thursday, Nov. 30.

A free presentation, Student Loan Basics and Repayment, will cover the basics of student loans, repayment options, opportunities for forgiveness or cancellation based on disability, profession, or school misconduct, and the rights one has as a student loan borrower.

The talk will be held in the Jeanne Couture Room, located on the first floor of the 200 Lisbon St. library.
