AUGUSTA — The always popular Winthrop Area Handbell Ringers return for a free, festive holiday concert at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13, in the Community Meeting Room at Lithgow Public Library at 45 Winthrop St. They will perform a medley of holiday favorites.
