If you have not yet watched the first episode of the Netflix’s “Tiger King” Season 2, I salute you for your good taste and restraint.

Also, you can stop reading . . . here.

The new season dropped on Wednesday and in the first episode, we learn about Joe Exotic’s first husband. We’re reminded about some peoples’ belief that Carole Baskin allegedly fed her first husband to a big cat. There’s a swarm of rehashed allegations along with some new. Attempts to score a presidential pardon that are first foiled by the Jan. 6 insurrection, then by COVID.

And there’s something called the Sausage Castle that Bag Lady is not making up and absolutely needs to know more about, but cannot Google because who knows what viruses/XXX images/XXX images with viruses are waiting to strike when you search for “Sausage Castle.”

So this week, what else? We shop “Tiger King”-inspired, keeping it Maine.

Well, OK, mostly Maine. Bag Lady also visited Joe Exotic’s official website where his already-launched Black Friday specials include a free condom with every order and OMG, my keyboard is now run rampant with viruses that are actually waving at me so let’s just move along.

Why clog up the dining room table or risk pieces getting knocked off your coffee table when you can have a pretty, dedicated puzzle table? They have drawers and flaps and even a tilt, if you’d like. Each is made to order, numbered and signed by a retired law enforcement officer, according to the website.

Best find: Tiger Balm, 0.63 oz, Auburn Walmart, $5.65

This sports rub ointment burns with the power of 100 suns but darn if it doesn’t make a sore back feel better, in Bag Lady’s experience. Use a little and don’t apply with bare hands. Or bear hands, now I think of it.

Think twice: About Googling Sausage Castle, for real.

But if you do, do tell!

Bag Lady’s true identity is protected by a pair of stylish, sweater-wearing Doberman pinschers (who would be terrified of tigers but pretend to be nonplussed) and the customer service counter at the Sun Journal. You can reach her at baglady@sunjournal.com.
