NORWAY — After a comprehensive search and several meetings with HR leaders across MaineHealth and senior leaders from Stephens Memorial Hospital, Andrea Patstone, President of Stephens, is pleased to welcome Kate Harrigan to the senior leadership team as Human Resources Director.
Patstone states, “With 15 years of human resources experience in the hospitality industry, Kate will bring
energy, perspective, and true expertise to this role. She brings a broad skill set from strategic to tactical HR.” She is leaving a role as the Complex Human Resources Director for Fathom Companies, overseeing all HR functions at the Hilton Canopy Waterfront and the Press Hotel in Portland. Before that role, Kate was the Director of Human Resources for the Westin Hotel in Portland.
Kate grew up in various states across the country, most recently Wyoming, before settling in Maine and
starting a family 13 years ago. Kate loves cycling, gardening, cooking, and traveling to new destinations. She “is eager to join the Stephens Family, an organization that contributes so much to the Maine community.”
