The news has a great example of government stupidity and waste. We have a multi-million dollar agency in Washington called the Environmental Protection Agency that is supposed to watch out for and protect us from products that are harmful to our health and lives before being affected, not after.
On March 29 the state of Maine government filed a lawsuit against companies that create and produce chemicals, now known as PFAs, that have been found in farms and animals, and severely endanger the environment in central Maine.
Why do Americans sit here fat, dumb and happy, relying on government promises, perpetuated by our lawmakers. Now, we have to spend hard-earned tax dollars trying to correct the horrendous errors made by government agencies? Are those agencies happy that we taxpayers are paying several times over for the negligence of our lawmakers?
All our lawmakers in Congress ought to be fired, and we should start over with a clean slate. How could it be worse?
