AUGUSTA — A trio of area high school graduates had multi-goal games as Central Maine Community College rolled past University of Maine at Augusta 14-0 in a men’s soccer matchup Wednesday.
Brothers Ivan and Igor Domingues, both Lewiston grads, each tallied hat tricks, with Ivan Domingues scoring all three of his goals before halftime, when the Mustangs held a 9-0 lead. Lisbon grad Justin Violette scored two goals of his own to close out the first-half scoring.
Zoubeyr Abdillahi, another former Lewiston player, capped Central Maine’s scoring with just under three minutes left in the game.
Brunswick grad David Nzuzi matched Violette with two goals, and Ordi Bimvy, Jeremiah Gomez and Emmanuel Kalala each scored one.
Nine of the Mustangs’ goals came off assists, with Ivan Domingues providing four of them. Nzuzi and Gomez each added two, and Igor Dominguez tallied one as well.
Arnaud Nyagasaza and Poland grad Davin Cloutier combined to secure the shutout for the Mustangs, with Cloutier making the only save CMCC needed. Monmouth grad Hunter Frost stopped seven shots while playing the first half in goal for the Moose, and Javi Fernandez made nine saves after taking over for the second.

Oak Hill grad Paige Gonya made two saves to clinch the shutout for University of Maine at Farmington. Emilee Ireland made five saves during the first half for Thomas, and Emily Rock added seven more in the second half.
