As lifelong residents of Lewiston, my husband and I have always felt valued and heard in our community. We and our neighbors have been arguably combating what has become an insurmountable obstacle in our grouping.

Three dogs barking literally 24/7 and alone at all times. Three years and counting. Repeated calls to police, animal control and others we thought could help.

We’re hoping for some guidance and assistance from our community leaders to restore our positive neighborhood vibe and bring back our faith in doing the right thing.
