Boy Scout Troop 130 will be holding a Craft & Vendor Fair at the Paris Fire Station, 137 Western Ave, South Paris, on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Crafters and vendors will be offering wooden items, Thanksgiving center pieces, jewelry, knit items, candy bouquets, Scentsy and more.

The Boy Scouts will also have ticket raffle items. Entry is free. Lunch and baked goods will be available to purchase from the Scouts. Money received by Boy Scout Troop 130 will help pay for the merit badges and leadership patches the boys earn.

On Tuesday October 24 the society will hear Kathy Piippo Marquez describe memories of a farm and family in East Hebron in the 1950’s to 1970’s, touching on the family’s Finnish heritage and its part in the history of the local general store. 7 p.m. at the Hebron Town office
The public is invited. Refreshments to follow.
Food
Liliana Tripp began collecting food for food panties and helping Oxford County homeless shelters in 2020. Her nonprofit is official and she is currently working on her fourth annual food drive. This year her goal is to help as many families with Thanksgiving dinner as possible. Please help Liliana meet her goal. There is a drop box at the end of the driveway located at 64 Rabbit Valley Rd in Oxford from now until Nov. 20. Please help your neighbors in Oxford County have a great Thanksgiving this year.
