I would like to address why some people who commit various crimes get a lot of their charges dismissed in the court.
What’s the sense of arresting them, only to have their charges dismissed? And if they even go to jail, they are let out early for good behavior, only to continue their criminal acts.
They appear to have more rights than the victims.
