Many of us have experienced pets “ruling the households” but we believe that Frank Celinski’s 21 year-old-cat has taken it to a new dimension. Teddy apparently believes in the old maxim “early to bed and early to rise.” According to Celinski he never gets to stay up beyond 8:30 because the cat lets him know when it’s time to go to bed. With this early morning routine Frank is usually awake around 3 am. Because of this early wake-up-habit Frank gets up around 4:00 and sits in the picture window. The Celinskis subscribe to two newspapers, both delivered between 4:30 and 5 am. When the first newspaper arrives, Teddy accomplishes his morning duties by accompanying Frank to pick up both papers, then goes back to bed.
