Lewiston voters should ask themselves what a mayor does and what they feel a mayor should do. I feel a mayor is supposed to bring community together and promote community events and small business in this city, along with leading the City Council.
I feel Carl Sheline has been that mayor. Carl has been a face in the community promoting all the good in Lewiston, and he has been solid during one of the most devastating times in Lewiston.
One cannot open social media without seeing daily posts from Carl promoting small business and all the good Lewiston has to offer.
I believe Carl has always put Lewiston first, and he has done an excellent job despite some opposition. I believe Carl would be the shining star that Lewiston needs, and I hope everyone gets out to vote for him on Dec. 12.
