Key loss: Kasey Robertson.
Promising newcomers: Sophomores — Micah Madore (5-10 forward), Jonah Williams (5-10 guard/forward).
Outlook: The Bucks endured a rare season without a trip to the Class D playofffs, but don’t expect it to become a streak. Buckfield returns four starters, including point guard Averill and co-captains Dooley and Hedrick. Though there isn’t a lot of size, Buckfield will compensate with experience and athleticism. A summer schedule loaded with Class B and C opponents should pay dividends.
