- Sherry Milligan, co-owner of Davis Florist in Rumford, is all business on Valentine’s Day preparing orders for delivery. Her twin sister, Shelly Ouellette, also a co-owner, said the shop ordered 1,600 roses to fill orders and added extra staff to handle the busiest day of the year. She said one man called at 6 a.m. Tuesday to place an order.
