WASHINGTON, Pa. — Victoria Forkus recently achieved high honers at Washington & Jefferson College. She was also an active participant on the President’s Field Hockey team this fall. The team won their division, the Empire 8 Conference, and for the first time entered the NCAA Division III playoffs.
Forkus has been invited to join the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and was inducted in March. Only those with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and in the top 20 percent of their freshman class are extended invites.
Forkus is a history major with a pre-law interest. She is the daughter of Susan Forkus of Bryant Pond and the late Michael Forkus. She is a graduate of Telstar High School Class of 2011 and is the reigning Miss Mollyocket.
