- Justin Castagna, left, operations manager for natural gas electricity-generating plant Rumford Power, accepts the 2011 Facility of the Year award on Tuesday afternoon from Teresa Glick of the Oxford County Local Emergency Planning Committee. Glick said Rumford Power, which is now owned by Capital Power of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, was recognized for its “outstanding efforts in reporting, planning, exercising and exceeding state and federal Environmental, Health and Safety Facility annual requirements.” “We’re very proud as a facility to get this achievement,” Castagna of North Turner said. “This is our second one since 2008.”
