- Survivors and caregivers gathered Friday night to begin an all-night walk around Farmington Fairgrounds for the annual Franklin County Relay of Life. The relay was dedicated to Tracy Williams of Jay who died last fall. Her husband, Mike, and family members are on the right. This is the signature event of the American Cancer Society, Co-chairwoman Pam Ferrari said. “It is the community taking up the fight,” she said.
