- Racers in the 10K race, foreground, and 5K racers, background, step off Saturday morning during the 31st Annual Pottle Hill Road Race in Mechanic Falls. Touted as “New England’s Toughest 10K,” it was won by Moninda Marube of Auburn, wearing bib No. 77, in the front middle. Proceeds from the race will benefit Pathways Inc., which provides services to individuals with disabilities.
