WILTON — The East Wilton Union Church will host its annual August “Concerts on the Lawn” series starting Sunday, Aug. 5. Performances of Christian music are at 6 p.m. every Sunday at the church at 1306 Main St.
Chairs are provided, but listeners may bring a lawn chair or blanket. If it rains, the concerts are moved indoors. A time of fellowship with light refreshments will follow each concert.
Admission is free, but there will be an opportunity for a free-will offering.
The concert schedule follows:
Aug. 5 – Tedd Fish, gospel singer
Aug. 12 – Greater Purpose, local gospel group
Aug. 19 – Alan Frink, traditional and Southern gospel singer
Aug. 26 – Hyssongs, family gospel trio
