I am sick of seeing the town of Peru make the front page of the local newspaper almost every week.
I know that running a town is no easy job, and I also know that Kathy Hussey does know her job. It takes years of experience and knowledge to do her job, and she could not easily be replaced.
As far as the personal attacks on Tim Holland are concerned, I feel that town business is business and should not become personal. Holland loves Peru. He has showed that by years of dedication to the area youth. He impacted my son. I have not always seen eye-to-eye with him but I know he does care about the community, along with Hussey.
I also want to mention that the town road crew has been doing a great job with the limited budget they have.
