SANFORD (AP) — Authorities have arrested two juveniles in connection with a fire at a Sanford community center.

The fire in the locker room at the Nasson Community Center in the Springvale section of town was reported at about 5 p.m. Sunday.

The fire was put out quickly with only a small amount of damage.

Fire Lt. Harold Smith says people in the building at the time were able to give detailed descriptions of the suspects, who were apprehended a short time later.

There were no injuries.
