Recently, I received a mailing piece attacking state Rep. Jeffrey Timberlake.
As a Democrat, there have been many times that I have had a difference of opinion with my friend, Rep. Timberlake. He has always been willing to hear my viewpoint, no matter the subject, and never hesitates to explain his position to me. Though we may disagree from time to time, I have no doubt that he has conviction in his beliefs, as do I.
Like most small, rural towns in Maine, in our communities, we help our neighbors. If there is a family in need, we come together. Timberlake carries that mentality to Augusta with him. I know that when he votes on any piece of legislation, he does so always keeping in mind what he believes is best for his district and the residents of Maine.
Jeff Timberlake has my support this November.
