- Carthage residents Michaela Gould as a vampire and Barbara Berry as a witch attended the first Halloween Event and Social held Oct. 20. Many people came out for the haunted house. Everyone enjoyed bowling, color pages, goodie bags, socializing, snacks and drinks at the gathering which is expected to become an annual event. Events were held at Webb River Valley Snowmobile Club in Carthage, the Town of Carthage town room and Carthage Community Center.
