Last year’s record: Boys:  2nd at Maine Prep Championships;  6th New England Class B Championships;  Girls:  2nd at Maine Prep Championships;  8th New England Class B Championship.

Returning skiers: Boys: Seniors — Brad Geismar; Junior — Makato Watanabe; Sophomore — Jack Bayley. Girls: Juniors — Des Horowitz, Janelle Tardiff, Brittany Myrick, Liberty McKnight; Sophomore — Olivia Grimmer.

Key losses: Tom Clark, Julia Schneider.

Promising newcomers: Boys: Manuel Crespo, Mathieu Rioux-Paquette. Girls: Elizabeth Everett, Kali Flaherty.

Outlook: The Lumberjacks return a strong core of skiers, including four girls and two boys ranked in the top 10 in Maine prep competition last year. With the addition of several promising newcomers, the skiers hope to challenge Kents Hill and Gould Academy for the top spot in the Maine Prep Series and to compete successfully in the New England Class B championship, to be held this year on Hebron’s home hill at Shawnee Peak in Bridgton.
