Tumbling classes to be offered

: Tumbling classes will be held at Turner Elementary School. The beginner to intermediate class will be held Mondays at 5 p.m. and the intermediate to advanced class is on Mondays at 6:30. These two classes, for ages 6-18, are for cheerleaders, dancers, acrobats, gymnasts and others who wish to enhance coordination, strength, flexibility and balance while improving and refining tumbling skills. Each four-week session is $60 and begins Jan. 7. Tiny Tot Tumbling will introduce students ages 3-5 to basic mat skills. This beginners class will emphasize stretching, flexibility, strength and control. The cost is $40 for four weeks and classes are on Tuesdays starting Jan. 8 at either 4:15 or 5:30 p.m. Register online at at www.msad52.maineadulted.org or call 225-1010 for more information.
