Gentle Exercise: Designed for those with arthritis, recovering from cancer or any other individual who desires to improve range of motion, strength, posture, balance and coordination. Tuesdays, Thursdays, 9:15-10 a.m. April 9 to May 9, d’Youville Pavilion resident dining room, 102 Campus Ave.; cost: $24.
Lose with Me!: A 12-week weight-loss session focused on making healthier lifestyle choices. Wednesdays, noon-12:30 p.m. April 3 to June 19; instructors, Jamie Pepin, MS RD, Jennifer Smith, MS; WorkMed Conference Room Auburn Medical Bldg, 15 Gracelawn Road; cost: $99.
Qigong: For health, balance, circulation and over all well being. Tuesdays, 4:45-5:45 p.m. April 2 to 3o; instructor, Jason Grundstrum-Whitney; Muskie Archives, Bates College, corner of Campus and Central avenues; cost: $40.
Racquetball: Specific time slots available for registration weekdays 6 a.m. to noon; cost $20 with core membership.
Senior Fitness: One-hour workout, warm-up, cardiovascular component, resistance training, balance, flexibility exercises. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 9:15-10:15 a.m. or 10:30-11:30 a.m. April 1 to May 3; d’YP Resident Dining Room; cost: $32.
Tennis: Specific time slots available for registration 6 to 10 a.m. weekdays. Cost 20 with core membership.
Tobacco Cessation Counseling: Single session: $45; multi-session: $125.
Yoga Flow Series: Mixed-level flow class for new and experienced students. Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. April 1 to May 6; cost $75; Lepage Large Conference Room, 99 Campus Ave.
