LEWISTON — The condition of a Livermore Falls woman hit by a motor vehicle on Sunday on Route 17 in Livermore Falls has been upgraded to good, a Central Maine Medical Center spokeswoman said.

Grace Judd, 72, and her son, Henry Judd, 43, of Livermore Falls were walking down the side of the road when they were struck by a car, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said previously.

Grace Judd had been listed in critical condition since then, but her condition was upgraded Friday.

Henry Judd remains in fair condition at CMMC, the spokeswoman said.

Robert Winner, 69, of Fayette, received minor injuries in the accident, Steward previously said.

Police are waiting for Maine State Police’s reconstruction report.
