Micheal A. Day, 51, of Paris, on a charge of failure to pay fines, at 11:08 a.m on June 22 in Paris by Paris police.
Chad M. Harding, 35, of Canton, on a charge of possession of illegal drugs, at 3 p.m. on June 21 in Canton by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
David J. Hovan, 25, of Paris, on violation of bail conditions and violation of a protective order, at 3:12 p.m. on June 23 in Norway by Norway police.
Ryan M. Philbrick, 22, of Bethel, on charge of unlawful trafficking of drugs and violation of bail conditions, at 1:30 p.m. on June 22 in Rumford by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
Susan G. Powell, 68, of Albany Township, on a charge of failure to appear and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, at 4:20 p.m. on June 22 in Bethel by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
Phillip R. Smith, 24, of Harpswell, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 1:32 a.m. on June 23 in Mexico by Mexico police.
Jason Samuel-Curtis York, 32, of Bethel, on a charge of possession of illegal drugs, at 2:39 a.m. on June 23 in Rumford by Rumford police.
