- Paul Duclos cuts into what he estimates as a “more than 200 years old” Silver Maple tree on a flatbed in his driveway on Avon Street in Lewiston on Thursday afternoon. He recently felled two of the giants from down the street and is cutting them into 8 by 5 foot pieces that he plans to bring to Thomas Moser to see if they would be interested in making them into conference tables.
