- Lisbon Fire Chief Sean Galipeau, left, worked with the Boy Scouts of the Abanaki District of Pine Tree Council to help them earn their Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge. It is one of the mandatory requirements on their goal to becoming an Eagle Scout. The six-week course at the Trinity Catholic Church in Lisbon was highlighted April 3, when this photo was taken during a joint effort with the fire department in a simulated fire and evacuation drill.
