MECHANIC FALLS — Auburn Manufacturing, manufacturer of high-performance textiles for extreme temperature protection, announces that Mary K. Wagner has joined the company as technical and product development manager.

Wagner will oversee and direct all technical aspects of the company’s products with a heavy concentration on innovation by leading the new product development process for AMI.

Wagner is a native Mainer and a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. She most recently held positions at Great Northern Paper as technical director and Verso Paper as quality manager/product performance and development.
