MANCHESTER, N.H. — Ashley Giddinge of Gray graduated from Saint Anselm College on May 17, following a distinguished college career of service and leadership and earning the 2014 Student Nurse Leader Award.

The nursing major received the award in memory of Dr. Joyce Clifford, for embodying the qualities of Dr. Clifford, who was a compassionate, dedicated, visionary leader in the nursing profession, at the college’s nurse pinning ceremony on April 26.

During her four years at Saint Anselm, Giddinge was an orientation leader, captain of the women’s soccer club and led a freshmen trip to the Adirondacks.
