MECHANIC FALLS — Rick and Cathy Dionne of Mechanic Falls are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Corinne Dionne of Mechanic Falls, to Kyle Robert Bates of Mechanic Falls, son of Maureen Jordan of Mechanic Falls and Larry and Michelle Bates of Minot.
Miss Dionne is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor of science degree. She also studied at the University of the Virgin Islands. She is currently employed at RSU 16.
Mr. Bates is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor of science degree and also attended the University of the Virgin Islands. He is currently working at Maine Oxy while getting his nursing degree at Maine College of Health Professions.
The wedding will be held at 3 p.m. on Jan. 17 at the West Parish Congregational Church in Bethel.
