MANCHESTER — Two people have been arrested in connection a pharmacy robbery in Manchester last weekend.
The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Brooke Frost and 25-year-old Devon Gray, both of Manchester, were arrested Tuesday and charged with robbery, stealing drugs, theft, and possession of scheduled drugs.
The suspects were held in jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail and are expected to make an initial court appearance Wednesday. It was not known if they have lawyers.
Investigators tell the Morning Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1os9rln ) that a woman dressed in baggy men’s clothing entered the Rite Aid at about 3:15 p.m. Saturday, threatened violence, and demanded prescription painkillers.
Police think Frost committed the robbery, but Gray planned it.
It was the second time in a month that the store has been robbed.
