LEWISTON — Announcement is made of the engagement of Erica D. Soule and Justin J. Payne, both of Winchester, Va.

Miss Soule is the daughter of Sue Cloutier of Winchester, Va., and Charles Soule of Lewiston. She is a graduate of Lewiston High School and the University of Southern Maine. She is employed as a security specialist.

Mr. Payne is the son of Dottie Payne and Bruce Boyd of Winchester, Va. He is a graduate of Handley High School and Shenandoah University. He is employed with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office SWAT.

The wedding will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 25 at the George Washington Hotel in Winchester, Va.
