— Scott Martel, 50, of 47 Auburn Road, Turner, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of assault and obstructing report of a crime at 12:24 a.m. Friday at the same address.
— David Strout, 24, of 60 High St., Auburn, arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency for outstanding warrants and as a fugitive from justice at 9:10 p.m. Friday at 516 Pleasant St.
— Joshua Culleton, 27, of 150 South Hatch Hill Road, Greene, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of gross sexual assault and sexual abuse of a minor at 11:15 p.m. Friday on Sabattus Street in Lewiston.
— Branden Proctor, 20, of 74 Tourmaline Drive, Lewiston, arrested by the Lisbon Falls Police Department on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating a motor vehicle after suspension at 11:36 p.m. Friday on Poplar Street in Lisbon.
— Russell Keene, 23, of 96 Butler Hill Road, Livermore Falls, arrested by the Livermore Falls police on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 11:53 p.m. Friday on Bridge Street in Livermore Falls.
— Joshua Souther, 37, of 580 Park St., Livermore Falls, arrested by Livermore Falls police on a charge of domestic violence at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the same address.
