NEWRY — Selectmen will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, in the Town Office to finish appointments to the SAD 44 Withdrawal Committee.
The board appointed three people on Oct. 21 but couldn’t decide on which selectman to appoint. Questions were raised that prompted the board to get legal advice.
The board has appointed Bill Andrews as the member of the public, Bonnie Largess as the school board member and Jim Sysko as the petitioner.
