In regard to the article on Friday, Dec. 19, “Cities ask judge to make state pay overdue aid reimbursements,” does this mean if I don’t like what is being done with my state, federal and property taxes I just don’t have to pay them? As Gov. Paul LePage is doing?

Yea! I will never have to pay taxes again.

I certainly agree a lot of people on welfare are abusing the system, but Portland and Westbrook should be reimbursed for money spent for General Assistance whether LePage agrees or not.

He is making up the rules to suit himself regarding spending Mainers’ money. It is not his decision who is worthy.
