PORTLAND (AP) — Gas is down another 1.3 cents in Maine.

Gasoline price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com reports Monday that the average cost of a gallon of gas in Maine is down to $2.10.

Maine gas prices have now dropped nearly 30 cents per gallon in the past month and are nearly $1.38 lower per gallon that at this time last year.

The price in Maine remains 5 cents per gallon above the national average.

The Maine price is based on a survey of more than 1,200 gas stations.
