THE LOONS
Time for the flowers to spring into colorful action.
The red-breasted robin looking for the nearest worms.
The loons have come back from their migratory direction.
They’re happily splashing doing dives and water dances.
The loons appear to stand up on the icy cold water
They’re once again falling in love on the lonely lake.
Their clumsy walk on land is nothing but graceful on water.
The loon’s eerie calls of wailing are keeping everyone awake.
The loons are getting ready to start their next generation.
The unforgettable echoes are back from the tuxedoed loon.
The loons are building their nest by the shoreline foundation.
The calm lake is reflecting the full light of the shivering moon.
