1988 – 2015
GREENE — Benjamin Kyle Gerard Boulay succumbed to his disease on Wednesday, May 27, in Greene.
He was born during a snowstorm on Feb. 12, 1988, in Lewiston.
He grew up in Greene and graduated from Leavitt Area High School and also attended Kents Hill. He attended college in Bangor and made many special memories with his closest friends.
Benjamin and his wife, Kendra, were building their life together in Greene on Sabattus Pond. They were married on July 12, 2014. They faced many challenges and accomplished great things together. He was especially proud of their newly opened business, Lil’ Peeps Boutique.
Benjamin enjoyed his time in their shop, meeting new people, and was especially good at dickering. He was able to spend many happy hours in the store with Savannah and Hunter, playing and exploring. He was very excited about the arrival of their third child.
He loved his New England sports teams and took pride in them. When people remember Benjamin, they will see him playing sports or sharing random facts.
He left behind his greatest joy in life, his children, Savannah, Hunter and unborn child.
He is survived by his wife, Kendra Marion Boulay of Greene; his mother and husband, Deborah White and Wendell Strout of Greene; his father and wife, Normand Boulay Jr. and Joline of Lewiston; grandparents, Carmen White of Lisbon, Lawrence and Teresa White of Naples, Fla., Normand Boulay Sr. and Giselle of Lewiston; in-laws, John and Sally Davis of Turner, and John and Sharon Vallee of Lewiston. He is also survived by his sister, Delanie Strout; stepsister, Amanda Mercier; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Zachary Vallee, Angel Davis, Tyler Vallee, John Davis and Ariana Vallee. Ben also leaves behind his special friends, Christopher Brewer, Nicholas Bryant, Christopher Rybeck, Nathaniel Jacobs, Tori White, Bri Dine and many others.
He had an extended family whom he loved dearly, including his godmother, Rachel Caron.
The angels who have gone before will lead him to peace and comfort. Be happy and rest easy, young Benjamin. We thank you for gracing us with your love. This isn’t goodbye — this is “See you later.” By the way, Tom Brady is innocent.
Ben was predeceased by his cousin, Brandon MacDonald; and close childhood friend, Kristin Gagne.
