WILTON — Local police are investigating a burglary at a Lothrop Street home Wednesday evening.

A television, iPod and PlayStation 4 game were taken, Police Chief Heidi Wilcox said.

The family left at 9 p.m. for an hour and came back to find someone had forced entry through a window and taken the items, she said.

Sgt. Chad Abbott and Officer Gary Allen are investigating the break-in.
