POLAND — Jason Paris Averill, 40, of Poland died Thursday, Sept. 17, at his home.
He was born in Mexico on Dec. 27, 1974, the son of Bert Averill and Melanie Andrews Averill Brow. He attended schools in Auburn, Poland, Farmington, N.H., Rochester, N.H., and Acton and graduated with the Class of 1993 from Wells High School. He married Wendy LaRose on Sept. 18, 2012; they had been together since 2004.
Jason had been in car sales, financing and was a floor manager. He loved cars and antique shows, and he collected antique banks with his grandfather.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating and spending time with his wife and kids. Jason loved working with his hands, restoring cars and fixing anything that his daughters wanted. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends, and he was always available when needed.
He is survived by his wife of Poland; three daughters, Brittin Averill, Darrien Averill and Isabelle Averill; a stepdaughter, Savannah Jimmo; a brother, Frederick Culver; two sisters, Jill Averill and Bethany Kubick; his parents; and his maternal grandmother, Trudy Andrews.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Frederick Andrews; and uncles, Todd and Michael Andrews.
