LEWISTON — Funeral services honoring the life of Ernest O. Cobb were held on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Linda Gard officiated the service and recited committal prayers at the interment at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
During the service, words of remembrance were expressed by family and friends. The U.S. Army played taps and presented our country’s flag to Ernest’s wife, Dorothy Cobb. The pallbearers were Eric, Steve and William Cobb, Steven and Christopher Shepman and Greg Whitney.
A reception of fellowship was held at the Martindale Country Club, following the services at the cemetery.
