LEWISTON — City Council workshop and meeting in Council Chamber on the bottom floor of City Hall. The workshop begins at 5:30 p.m. with a pair of executive sessions and a 6:30 p.m. presentation of the proposed Farewell School expansion. The meeting follows at 7 p.m. and topics include the Farwell expansion, replacing a police vehicle, union contracts and covering city clerk costs managing Lewiston elections.
