* A vehicle driven by Cassandra Carver, 25, of Lewiston had the left rear tire fall off on Hotel Road at 11:45 a.m. Monday. Carver’s 2005 Jeep was towed due to disabling damage.
* A car driven by Carol Simisky, 59, of Poland struck a median on a Turner Street rotary at 2:39 p.m. Monday. Simisky’s 2007 Chevrolet was towed due to disabling damage.
Lewiston
* Vehicles driven by Brian Poulin, 48, and Owen Mower, 16, both of Auburn collided, 3:47 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, on Main Street. Poulin’s 2003 GMC received functional damage and Mower’s 2014 Volkswagen was listed with minor damage.
* Vehicles driven by Paige Bernier, 47, of Lewiston and Jessica Hodgkin, 21, of Leeds collided, 7:35 p.m. Thursday on Campus Avenue. Bernier’s 2009 Nissan received functional damage and Hodgkin’s 2004 Subaru was listed with minor damage.
* Vehicles driven by Susan Leblond, 40, of Lewiston and Michael Poto, 52, of Greene collided on Bates Street, 8:59 a.m. Friday. Leblond’s 2001 Saab received functional damage and Poto’s 2014 Ford was listed with minimal damage.
