DIXFIELD — Residents will have a chance to discuss the annual town meeting warrant articles at a public hearing on Monday, April 25, at the Board of Selectmen meeting.

The public hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the basement of the Ludden Memorial Library.

The town meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, April 28, in the Dirigo High School Community Room.

Town Manager Carlo Puiia said residents will vote on Articles 1 through 9 at the town meeting, while Articles 10 through 27 will be voted upon by referendum vote on Tuesday, June 14. However, residents will be allowed to discuss Articles 10 through 27 at the town meeting.

Other items on the agenda for Monday’s meeting include:

*Public Works Department report;

*Discussion of sewer contract with the Mexico Sewer District;

*Worker’s compensation audit for 2015; and

*Location permit approval for Central Maine Power pole location on Severy Hill Road.
