LIVERMORE — Selectpersons on Monday night unanimously accepted, with thanks, a cemetery lot conveyance.

Town Clerk Renda Guild said Carlton and Diane Berry gifted back to the town a lot in the Waters Hill Cemetery. The lot includes four plots. It was purchased in 1996 for $400 and is now valued at $500. 

Guild said there are few spaces available in the Waters Hill Cemetery on Waters Hill Road off Route 4.
