As I listen to the Democratic National Convention speeches form Michelle Obama, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, all I hear is that the government will protect me and take care of me and my family, and that mom and dad are idiots.
Warren spoke of Republicans accepting money from Wall Street — what about Hillary Clinton taking money for speeches from the same Wall Street types? Crickets.
Warren is a joke. She claims that the conservative right is against everything. Yes, most conservatives are against government intruding in people’s lives. I want the government to keep within the confines of the Constitution.
I will not give up my rights under the Constitution to any party just because they say they will protect me. I can protect myself and I support all people who believe the same.
