JAY — Police said a 2002 Honda Rubicon all-terrain vehicle was stolen Monday night from Autobahn High Performance Inc. in North Jay.
About 9 a.m. Tuesday, the business owner called police to report the chain holding a customer’s four wheeler had been cut overnight and the ATV was missing. The vehicle was chained to other ATVs and was in front of the business on Route 4.
The missing four wheeler is described as a red 500cc 2002 Honda Rubicon with large, aggressive tires. The key was not with the ATV at the time of the theft, according to police.
Officer Stephanie Guillemette is investigating.
